BEKA SprayLub
General
One of the SprayLub’s key advantages is its pre-lubrication cycle. Before heavy-duty operations begin, the system delivers a generous amount of oil to components like bearings, safeguarding them from excessive wear and tear. This proactive approach ensures that your equipment is always operating at peak efficiency.
The SprayLub utilizes air to distribute small quantities of oil throughout the lubrication system. This unique method eliminates the problem of oil dust, ensuring a clean and controlled working environment.
Despite its powerful capabilities, the SprayLub boasts a compact and modular design. The system houses a 2.7-liter reservoir, control unit, motorized gear pump, pressure switches, level monitoring, filters, air maintenance unit and mixing distributors in a single unit. Up to four lubrication points can be connected using 4mm lines, making it versatile and adaptable to various applications. For added flexibility, the SprayLub is also available without built-in oil-air mixing distributors, allowing for connection to an external mixing unit.
The SprayLub’s modular construction simplifies maintenance and service. The control unit and mechanical components are separate, making it easy to access and replace parts as needed. Additionally, the control unit features an intuitive menu that is easy to navigate through, ensuring effortless operation. The menu is available in multiple languages, catering to users worldwide.
The SprayLub is specifically engineered to lubricate and cool high-speed bearings. This makes it an ideal choice for applications involving spindles or other components that require precise and consistent lubrication. Additionally, the oil-air mixing feature allows the SprayLub to be used as a spray lubrication system for chains or other surfaces.
With its advanced features, compact design, and exceptional performance, the BEKA SprayLub is the ideal solution for ensuring the optimal lubrication and protection of your high-speed equipment.
SprayLub starts with a pre-lubrication cycle, ensuring that components like bearings are adequately lubricated before heavy loads are applied.
An integrated pressure relief valve guarantees safe operation at a maximum line pressure of 30 bar. This protects your system and your investment.
Delivers lubricating oils exactly as required. As soon as the system is activated, the powerful gear pump transports the oil to the intelligent metering valves in the mixing manifolds. This ensures that the right amount of oil always reaches the right place.
During the pressure build-up and the subsequent holding time, the oil metering valves precisely dispense the lubricating oil to the connected lubrication points. The result: optimally protected components and reduced friction.
After each lubrication cycle, the integrated pressure relief valve opens and reduces the oil pressure in the main line network. This provides additional safety and protects the system from unnecessary strain.
With the integrated control unit, you can adjust the pause time between lubrication cycles precisely to the needs of your systems. This means: optimum lubrication exactly when it is needed.
