Groeneveld is a growing organisation, already since 1971. That is why we are constantly looking for professionals that are able to compete with our colleagues when it comes to know-how, skills, commitment and dedication. We also feel it is important to offer internships to ambitious students.
Groeneveld has the philosophy that if you want to provide a really good product, you need to develop and produce it yourself. That is why Groeneveld deals with all aspects of being an enterprise: from product development and production to sales and after sales. Below you can see the most important disciplines within the Groeneveld organisation.
Based on the requirements of our customers, we are working on the development of new products and the further development of existing products on a daily base. For instance matching customer requirements with technical possibilities, processing field experiences in further developments and developing a new product from scratch.
Technical Support & After Sales
The technical department documents, installs and maintains all the Groeneveld systems. They also plays a major role in creating quotations. Our technicians are working all over the world, from our own workshop in Gorinchem to deep in the Amazon in Brazil.
Marketing & Sales
Offering the correct solution for any application, that is our challenge. Understanding customer requirements, providing added value and placing the customer first in all our operational processes, those are the three pillars of our sales strategy. Therefore, our sales staff consists of real consultants.
Via hubs in the Netherlands, France, Australia and North and South America, the products - assembled in factories in Italy and Israel - are distributed to the worldwide Groeneveld organisation and its distributors and dealers. All aspects of logistic services are dealt with at Groeneveld.
With an annual turnover of almost one hundred million euro and its own production, the Groeneveld Group has a large number of cash flows. It is the task of Finance to effectively manage all this and at the same time draw up high quality management reports for the management to be able to make decisions and introduce changes where necessary.
These departments are the core of the Groeneveld organisation. They are supported by ICT, Legal and Human Resource Management.
